To be a world leader has got to be full of pressure and anxiety. President Obama’s gray hair implies that he found out how hard it is to work in the U.S. economy. First Lady Michelle Obama gets to take a lot of that pressure on herself as well. The London Daily Mail reports that Obama told French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy in trust, as shown in a biography, that being first lady is hell. If we want specifics, the Bruni biography shows the nightmare statement from Michelle Obama coming out as “Don’t ask! It is hell! I cannot stand it!”.
There is a conflict with Bruni and Michelle Obama
The First Lady and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy are known to have a terrible relationship, although seems like just fine on cameras. Rumors are that the pair tries to outdo each other in terms of clothing and public image, although such a contentious relationship has not been confirmed. If United States and French administration have any say, there will never be any rumor confirmed. The info about that would be saved for biographies. These are from unauthorized biography penned by Besma Lahouri and also the biography called “Carla and the Ambitious”. Before marrying French President Nicholas Sarkozy, Lahouri accused Bruni-Sarkozy of living like a rock star when it came to her lifestyle. Also questioned is Bruni-Sarkozy saying Michelle Obama is “the only one able to challenge (her) for world’s sexiest and most glamorous first lady.”
First lady far away
There are layers of separation among world leaders and the public as shown by the campaigns the media has made to try to connect the United States of America and France first ladies with common individuals concerns. Although Mrs. Obama may seem really inviting, average children will not be able to play with Sasha and Malia, even with the campaign Michele Obama has put together on TV to get kids to exercise daily. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and French people have the same thing. There may be slight differences of course. Bruni-Sarkozy was a fashion model before her days as first lady when Michele Obama was more interested in law and higher education. She’s also a professional singer who has allegedly been connected via the bedroom to numerous titans of rock ‘n’ roll. Bruni-Sarkozy is (allegedly) quoted within the Lahouri biography as saying “On top of that, you expect me to be subtle? I am a femme fatale, my dear.” Maybe Michelle Obama was actually right. It is not fun and games to be Michelle Obama.
